Acceptance of Terms

By visiting letsocial.me, creating an account, or purchasing any NFC card product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use LetSocial's services or purchase any product. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts belonging to users who do not meet this requirement.

Products

LetSocial offers three NFC card plans, each with distinct features and customisation levels:

Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely through our registered PayU merchant account. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, with full refunds issued where applicable.

For Professional and Elite plans, custom card design specifications must be submitted and approved before production begins. Production commences only after design confirmation.

Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and applicable Indian law, refunds may be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are not applicable once a card has been printed or dispatched
• Refunds are not applicable once the NFC card has been activated
• Custom-designed cards (Pro/Elite) are non-refundable once design is approved and production begins

User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or display on your LetSocial profile, including text, images, links, and contact information. By uploading content, you grant LetSocial a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of delivering our service.

You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes upon any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Data Sharing Consent

By activating your NFC card and publishing your digital profile, you explicitly consent that your profile information will be shared with the device of any person you tap, and that your profile page may be publicly accessible on the internet via your chosen custom URL.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use LetSocial for any of the following:

• Uploading or distributing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonating any person, company, or entity
• Attempting unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure
• Using the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, design elements, software, and trademarks belong exclusively to HashCodeLab and LetSocial. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

User-generated content (your profile data, uploaded images) remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited licence to display it solely for service delivery purposes.

Limitation of Liability

LetSocial services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LetSocial and HashCodeLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, third-party misuse of shared profile information, or service interruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
